Weed Control
The RM of Walpole contracts a Weed Control Officer to contend with noxious and prohibited weeds in the municipality’s right of ways and property.
Please report any noxious weeds to the division councillor.
Rat Control
The RM of Walpole participates in the Rat Control Program administered by the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM).
Beaver Control
The RM of Walpole participates in the Beaver Control Program (BCP) administered by the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM). Please see Beaver Control Policy No. 1-2022
Dust Control
Application of dust control is available annually.

Gravel
Gravel is available for purchase for ratepayers at a rate set by council each year. Private graveling, completed by the municipality’s contractor, takes place each year during the graveling of roads.
Ag Plastic & Grain Bags
A collection site for Ag Plastics is located ¼ mile south of Wawota on Grid 603 on the west side of the road (old airstrip).
