IN ACCORDANCE with Bylaw No. 1 / 2022 of the Rural Municipality of Walpole No. 92 and with regulations prescribed by the Minister of Municipal Government:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective IMMEDIATELY, MONDAY, MAY 29, 2023, and until further notice, the following public roadway shall have the operation of vehicles restricted to 4.54 tonnes G.V.W (10,000 lbs), including the load:

  • Township Road 110 from the north end of Range Road 1335 west to the south end of Range Road 1335 – 1 1/2 miles.

 (North of Section 31 & NE 36-10-33 w1m)

Anyone contravening this order shall be subject to a fine as per the General Penalty Bylaw No. 1/2013.
