IN ACCORDANCE with Bylaw No. 1 / 2022 of the Rural Municipality of Walpole No. 92 and with regulations prescribed by the Minister of Municipal Government:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective immediately, July 10, 2024 and until further notice, the following public roadways shall be OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC:

  • Township Road 091 from Range Road 1324 to Grid 601 – 5 Miles

(North of Sections 05-09-32 w1m,06-09-32 w1m,01-09-33 w1m,02-09-33 w1m & 03-09-33 w1m)

Anyone contravening this order shall be subject to a fine as per the General Penalty Bylaw No. 1/2013.

Every person who contravenes any provision of any bylaw of the municipality is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction:

  1. in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $10,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $2,500 for each day during which the offence continues; and
  2. in the case of a corporation, to a fine not exceeding $25,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $2,500 for each day during which the offence continues.

  • Range Road 1322 from Township Road 091 to Township Road 090 – 1 Mile

(West of Section 02-09-32 w1m)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective immediately, JUNE 4, 2024 and until further notice, the following public roadways shall have the weight restriction lifted and shall be OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC:

  • Range Road 1334 from Township Road 95 to Township Road 101 – 2 miles

 (West of Sections 33-09-33 w1m and 04-10-33 w1m)
