IN ACCORDANCE with Bylaw No. 1 / 2022 of the Rural Municipality of
Walpole No. 92 and with regulations prescribed by the Minister of Municipal
Government:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective 7:00 a.m., MONDAY, JUNE 26, 2023 and until further notice, the following public roadways shall be CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC:
- Township Road 91 from Range Road 1331 to Range Road 1324 – 3 miles.
(North of Sections 01-09-33 w1m, 06-09-32 w1m, and 05-09-32 w1m)
- Range Road 1324 from Township Road 90 to Township Road 91 – 1 mile.
(West of Sections 04-09-32 w1m)
Anyone contravening this order shall be subject to a fine as per the General Penalty Bylaw No. 1/2013.
