Order No. 27/2023
IN ACCORDANCE with Bylaw No. 1 / 2022 of the Rural Municipality of Walpole No. 92 and with regulations prescribed by the Minister of Municipal Government:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective IMMEDIATELY, TUESDAY, MAY 30, 2023, and until further notice, the following public roadway shall have the operation of vehicles restricted to 4.54 tonnes G.V.W (10,000 lbs), including the load:
- Township Road 91 from Range Road 1322 to Range Road 1323 – 1 mile
(North of Section 3-9-32 w1m)
Anyone contravening this order shall be subject to a fine as per the General Penalty Bylaw No. 1/2013.
